Wedding Information

I've played at weddings for more than 20 years and I'm always honored to be asked to provide music for a couple's celebration. Following is some general information about having me play my harp at your wedding. Please get in touch with me so we can discuss harp music for YOUR special day!

Ceremony
Includes prelude, processional, special music, recessional and postlude (flat fee)

Reception
Available from the cocktail hour through dinner (per hour)

Special Charges

Travel: There will be an additional charge for travel more than 20 miles from Mankato.
New Music: There will be a charge for each new song learned for your event.
Rehearsals: There will be a charge for each rehearsal with soloists/other musicians.

Deposits and Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Dates are tentative until deposits are received.
The balance of payment is due one week prior to the event. Full payment may be made in advance.

Performance Agreements
A performance agreement will be provided to be signed by both parties stating the details of the agreed-upon terms.

Wedding Music Suggestions

These suggestions are the most-requested wedding pieces. I will do my best to include the music of your choice. Demo CDs with more selections are available at booking. I will also be happy to meet with you to discuss music for your wedding and play examples for you.
